Hi

Can anyone help me please? I have had a letter through the post from Disney offering me 18 months for the price of 12 if I renew my annual passport before the 24th October.

Time is of the essence and I need help!!

Firstly, we have 4 annual passes, the rest of the family's names are mentioned on the letter - does that mean we all get the offer?

Secondly, does anyone who has done this by post know exactly what I need to send back to Disney?

I know I have to send the form, the letter offering the 6 months free, and card details on the form for payment. But what about ID? Do I just send the current annual passes back, or do I have to send passports (which I am not happy to send in the post), also do I have to send for every family member?

Any advice would be appreciated as I don't have time to send it off incorrectly, for them to return it to me asking for something else etc.

Many thanks

NotreDame

I extended my AP by post - similar process I would have thought to what you intend doing.

I sent them my AP, my completed sponsor form (you would send your special offer renewal letter), and a separate letter, listing everything that I was enclosing, and explaining what I wanted. You would also include your payment card details. You won't need anything else, ID details etc.

I sent the letter off to DLRP "signed-for" service. Within 10 days, I had my extended AP back, with no problems at all.

Thanks for your quick reply - so just to make sure i do it right - I only need to send my current annual pass as proof of ID, no additional ID is required?

Thanks again

Hi

I sent our annual pass renewals off on 21st October by International "signed for" airmail. I can track the letter and it was received on 27th October. I still haven't had them back. Should I be concerned do you think? Have tried emailing Disney (an address for guest services) but no reply. Anyone else know if it should take this long?

Thanks

Hi,

27th October was Monday - so I wouldn't expect to have it back from them, even if they renewed your AP then and there as soon as they got your request, until this Monday coming (ie 3rd November). But if its not in your mail on Monday or Tuesday, I would email them again, especially if you need your APs soon.

I think the reason I got mine back so promptly in the post was that I had included in the letter that I was returning to DLRP very soon, and needed my AP for the trip.

Hope you hear from them soon,

Hi Elaine

Thank you so much for all your useful replies. Can you tell me if there is a specific number I need to ring if they haven't arrived next week? Is there one just for the AP office?

Thanks again.
