Renewal of annual pass

when do they send you information about renewing your annual pass? mine expires feb 9th. then how long before you have to accept this offer? (does the day you pay for it make that the 1st day? or does it have to start on the last day of your previous one.)

They don't always send you info. You have 30 days to renew and that doesn't extend your year. It stays with the previous period.

Sometimes I get a renewal email and sometimes I don't

When that happens, I call and renew by phone
