I hope I'm putting this in the right place. I'm very confused right now. This will be the 3rd year I will be renewing mine and the kids passes. I just got DH's last year, so this will be his first renewal, but.. this is the thing, he got his renewal in the mail, but I didn't?? Mine is due 2 days before his, so this makes no sense?? Also I haven't been getting my Mickey Monitor, but he has, in fact he got one today. I'm not understanding why he is getting all this stuff, but I'm not. Can anyone shed some light on this it would be appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

I hate to say it, but in our experience that’s just the way it is. We have four APs in our family and the consistency of mailings and renewal notices has tended to be all over the place. No clue why it’s so inconsistent.

This is the norm. The mickey monitor and emails don't always go out to every AP. I think typically it's one mickey monitor per address though

Still makes no sense, it is all under my Disney account, they have some serious issues, smh, lol

I'm the same. We have four APs. I pay for them all and they are all under my account. I never get any mail, but the four year old gets mail all the time. I've just learned to accept it.

Yes agree with what others have said. We have had 4 annual passes for over twenty five years. We only get one Mickey monitor. I think it's just one per address. Sometimes we don't get any. It's always been like that. Other mailings come at random times, but we have never each received our own anything. As the above poster said we've just learned to accept it.

I understand what y'all are saying, but it still is odd and wrong, if I'm the Disney account holder it should be coming in my name not my kids or my husband, specially since my DH was just added to the account as a passholder last year. It is just strange to me is all. My sister said the same thing happen to her, her middle child gets all the mail and he's not even 18 yet, lol

Same here! Dh & I laugh about who will get the next 'mailing' from Disney. Just got the Monitor a couple days ago - wow, what a waste - in my name. Last one was in his name and our 'thank you' card from our recent visit was in my name! They can just keep all their mailings - none of it is worth anything to me - one big advertisement, which isn't news to either of us.

They hope by sending it in different family members names, it will get more attention that way and hopefully another 'bite'!! :rolleyes1

We 'never' renew AP's - a waste of months (money), when we'll never turn right around and go again. Much better value to wait until we're ready to go again to purchase (and if). You don't save 'that' much by renewing - unless you go much more often, and live much closer than we do!

I’ve been an AP holder on and off over the years.

Not once have I received a Mickey Monitor or renewal notice.
