Have no time to write BUT............ I have been good.
Wednesday, I ran 2 minles in 22 minutes walked 8 then did 40 crunches. I ate the following : for lunch, a ham and cheese on a LC wrap and for dinner a cz salad fillet mignon with spinach (won a contest at work).
Yesterday, thursday, I did not have a moment to get on my Tm but ate good. Had Bk for lunch a double whopper no ketchup, no bun and exactly 6 O rings ( I live them so I splurged). For dinner I had a ham and cheese on LC wrap and as a snack, 2 slices of salami a 1/4 LC chocolate.
It is not friday, about 3 oclock. I have not yet eaten, I have been so busy on the phone ( dads house issues ) but even though tom came today and I really was so close to not getting on TM I did. I walked it though 22 minutes at 3.5 mph. I won another contest at work, do I plan on having a steak and spinacah again this eveening, I am trying to get something in now before I leav probably a LC shake.
