According to all official schedules seen so far, today, September 5, is the last day Remy will appear at Chefs de France.

Remy's schedule is: he does not appear on Sundays or after 6 pm. The poster who said he was not at dinner apparently missed him.

There have been rumors that his run will be extended but they are just that, rumors. There has been no official word from WDW that he is staying and, as others have said, he was scheduled to go overseas. I guess only time will tell.
