Remy - When should I make reservation - day/time?

What day/time should I make a reservation at Les Chefs de France to see the robot Remy? Thank you!

Les Chefs de France restaurant As of March 9, guests who dine are being treated to a unique kind of entertainment, allowing them to meet the culinary rat Remy, from the movie Ratatouille. Remy is an Audio-Animatronics puppet who, along with the restaurant maitre d' (a comedic actor), engages guests by performing a series of humorous, theatrical vignettes, using a moving food cart with a silver-domed cheese platter as their stage. Remy can make a variety of noises and comes across as a living, breathing little character with a point of view all his own. The Remy Cart was conceived by WDI Research & Development with support from WDI Creative Entertainment. Remy can be seen 12:30 - 6 p.m. at Les Chefs de France through September 5, 2009. (Remy can also be seen at Disneyland Paris where he's been entertaining guests since last summer.)

I am really happy I found this out now. We were considering changing our traditional meal at Chefs de France where we always visit on the first Sunday of our trip when I heard that Remy didn't work on Sundays. Now that I see he is only there until 6 (much too early for our family to eat) I can stick with my original plans.

I actually called WDW reservations to ask about this. The very nice lady on the phone told me I didn't have to make reservations to see Remy -- he would be appearing outside in the garden area behind the perfumery in France. She told me to get a park schedule for listed times. As for seeing him in Chefs de France, she told me Remy would be appearing at different times throughout the day, but that there was no guarantee I would see him while in the restaurant.

So I'm keeping my reservation but I'm getting that park schedule.

It sounds like the CM may have been confused a little. We are speaking of Remy (animatronic) in the Chefs de France restaurant between the hours of 12:30-6:00, Mon - Sat, until September. He comes around on a little cart as pushed by a CM throughout the restaurant.

You sound like you are speaking of a character meet/greet with Remy outside of France near the perfume store. This is interesting as we haven't seen Remy and have been several time to WDW since the movie came out.
