Remy on Serving Platter?

Hello all,

I have seen a few shows on TV that show Remy from Ratatouille being uncovered on a serving platter with cheese. He moves and makes sounds and everything.

My question is, is this an every customer thing or random or just for very special occasion?

What restaurant is this?

What can I do to see him?

It's Chefs De France. He is pushed around on a cart like you said, under a silver dome. It's really really funny. I'm pretty sure he's there all the time. It takes a while for the "waiter" to make the rounds. We had dinner there at 5ish and saw him then.

Has anyone seen Remy recently? My DD would love to see him. We had to cancel our trip in August so she missed out on him.
