We did a less fancy champagne experience (3 glasses, one of which was Moet Ice, and one was this amazing good "Pop" champagne that was a surprise hit, and forget the third). But really it is 4 glasses because they give you one glass (Taittinger on our cruise) included at the start of your brunch. It was amazing, and it was only thirty-something dollars additional per person. Highly worth it, in my view, and I doubt I could drink much more than 4 glasses in a meal anyway--the pours were pretty generous, and I more or less floated away from that brunch.
P.S. For anyone who remembers me saying in an earlier post I'd never do the Remy Brunch due to the price and the fixed courses, I totally caved. It was our 10th anniversary, and we couldn't get Palo, so I figured what they hey and splurged, and boy am I glad I did--it was the highlight of the cruise! That scallop dish is unbelievable.
