Remy at Chefs?

After all these years, I finally ate at Chefs last week. I had the duck confit, which was pretty good, but something about it didn't strike me as the "best food I've ever eaten". I'm guessing it's because I ate at Citricos the night before. I'm going to have to give it a try next time, only early in the trip, and save Citricos for last.

Thanks Tisha! I made a reservation on a Thursday in May for 5PM. That gives me hope that you were able to see him at 5:30. I can't find times anywhere, just that he comes out for 40 min at a time.
