We went to Remy’s a very long time ago and they allowed us to order as much as we wanted, just like in the dining rooms. Is that still allowed?

That’s generally true at dinner. There are two set menus, but substitutions and additions are allowed. I can’t imagine wanting too many extra courses, though, as there are already so many extras that we always end up stuffed. Brunch and the dessert experience are a little different, though. There’s a set menu for everyone. They will substitute a dish if it’s something you really don’t like or have an allergy, but they are more group experiences with synchronized delivery of courses, wine pairings, etc, along with descriptions of what is being served for the group.
