Removing decals from a bathtub

Does anyone have a tried-and-true idea for removing the residue from bathtub decals?

I figure someone here probably knows!

There is a product called citrucel we use to take decals and glues and tar off of automotive surfaces.
Works great.
Also try a hairdrier on high.

I used Goo Gone on 10 yo decals and it worked perfectly.
