I have been registered on the Disney site for years. And I have gotten a few PINs over the years. We took our DD & SIL to WDW last year & of course, all the emails & PINS are now coming addressed to SIL. Problem: DD is now getting divorced. I don't want to continue to get emails for an XSIL. Just as important, I want my email account back...want to get those PINs addressed to me, not him.
I read about the recent string of PINs being sent out this week so I went & saved a few vacations on the WDW site. Guess what? I got a PIN today....addressed to SIL.
I know lots of people here have mentioned getting PINs addressed to someone else on their email accounts. Anyone ever called & been able to get the other person removed from their account? Or been able to convert those PINs for their use? Don't want to spend the next several years getting PINs I can't use. Thanks!

I called the # on the PIN to change the name. They connected me to the marketing department and said they would correct it.
