Help please! DD has a removable expander for her bottom teeth. Somehow today we messed it up and made it worse tightening and loosening it...does anyone know how to adjust it? Specifically - if we're holding it the way it goes in her both and are at the top do we turn in in toward the opening or do we turn it up toward the ceiling?

Thanks!

I know a top pallet splitter/extender turns toward the front of the mouth. Sorry I can't be much more help than that...

just calm down, leave it out tonight and call your orthodontist in the morning. missing one night will not affect her treatment.

:thumbsup2 Agree with kirbsam--leave it out tonight and call the ortho in the a.m. They can fix you right up.

Cathy--too much experience with those darn orthodontic appliances
