It has been 50 years ago today since we lost the beautiful voice of Patsy Cline. I'm listening to her sing Sweet Dreams right now. Her voice was just so beautiful.

I Agree. I'm not a big country music fan, but I love Patsy Cline. She has one of the most beautiful voices ever. I can't believe it was 50 years ago. I was just a toddler when she died.

Thx for this post. Patsy Cline (Virginia Patterson Hensley) was my dear  Daddy's favorite singer :goodvibes. We enjoyed taking him on frequent road trips, in which one included visiting her historic home, birth/resting place in Winchester, Va. He really enjoyed listening to her music there and learning her history. Sadly she died in a plane crash at the young age of 30yo. Her tombstone reads; Virginia H (Patsy) Cline 'Death Cannot Kill What Never Dies: Love'. RIP Patsy Cline. ^j^

Like chipsgirl, I do not like country music however, I love listening to Patsy Cline.

Love Patsy Cline...what a voice. What a story.

Totally agree. I am not a country music fan but her voice really got to me. I saw a movie about her life a long time ago, I think it starred Jessica Lang? Awesome movie
