this is random. but does anyone remember from the 80's the show that came on early in the morning: mousercise. it was a work out show from disneyworld i think. and the characters would come out during the breaks or actually work out with them? just curious anyone know any more details. i always thought it was taped inside the castle. im sure it wasnt but just thought it would be fun to see if anyone else watched?

My dd watched this show. The girl had short hair and wore the band around the front of her head. My DD would try to do the exercises with them. It came on before pooh corner,dumbo's circus etc. We always enjoyed it and she had the normal 70's work out clothes

I remember doing Mousercise as a kid LOL! I know they played Disney remake songs, Like Disco Duck was a remake of Macho Man. I don't think it was taped at WDW though. My spotty memeory of the show had it in an exercise room with mirrors???

YES! I loved this show as a child, and I was just mentioning it at work the other day. I'm the youngest in my office, and nobody else knew what I was talking about I also liked You and Me Kid!

We actually had the "LP".(remember those round vinyl things!?) for my DD when she was three or four.

too young to see it but i use to do the dances in dance class and well thought i would let you guys know that there is a cd with those songs on it..i have the cassette and cd lol cute songs
