I miss VMK.

I remember playing Mansion a lot because they forgot to take off the double winnings for Halloween at one point, so I would get around 500 credits a game. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't of had enough credits for one of my rooms I built for christmas (and Disney opened the room competition when I was in bed -_-)

I think Disney closed VMK because of disputes between Sulake, the company that made the game? Couldn't of been about money because Disney once made a holiday package that gave people VMK items like the Stitch hat. Quite a lot of people had those, and could possibly been their only reason for going to WDW. Same with the quests they used to do.

the first time we went to disney in florida i was like YEHEEEEEEEAAHHH! VMK! and i did liek all of the quests, and bought the cards and pins and stuff xD

Same. Well, not my first time, but the first time I went after VMK opene. I also printed off all the answers so I could make sure I got the cards!

i went in where it used to be, its actually really nice in there! (where the cinema/vmk thingamagig used to be)

When I went in August, it was an Art of Disney store. There's a painting in there I want, but can never find sold.

i played vmk all the time! it was so much fun. i was kind of disappointed when they shut down, but i've gotten over it, obviously.

i could rock it pretty hard at the fireworks game at the castle, and the jungle cruise game. i sucked at mansion and pirates haha.

I really miss it. I loved being able to walk the parks without leaving the computer chair. The items were so cute (Princess Minnie Hat, anyone?) and I met so many wonderful people on there. I really miss it.

My computer was always crappy, so I couldn't play the games. But about a year after VMK closed our family got two new macs. Ironic, huh.

I was SmartSunny. I originally wanted Sunny, but that was taken, so I used one of the "suggested" names, hence SmartSunny XD. My favorite would be probably Haunted Mansion if my computer wasn't so crappy. But I liked fireworks too. Mostly I just enjoyed the atmosphere I tried making rides, but I always ran out of money before I could make them really good. Plus I wasn't that creative, and I had a crappy computer.

I miss it sooo much, there isn't a day that goes by without me wanting it back. I really don't think "because it was a promotion" is the real reason. It's just their cover up story, I feel they don't even care. We weren't giving Disney any money so they just shut it down. I would have payed to play... still would.
My favorite game was pirates. When I played Haunted Mansion I turned into a ghost too many times. Oooh what I wouldn't give to play Pirates right now, and wouldn't it be awesome if we had all of our vmk clothes in real life!? I would love a pair of cowboy pants, my princess outfits, all my hats, and my dream shirt! I even miss the lag

Hey no need for that...if these type of threads annoy you just ignore it. Thats what I have been doing. I enjoyed the game but its gone and we need to deal with it.

well disney just announced a month or 2 ago that they will be making a kingdom keepers online game it could be just like VMK or even cooler
