Remember the Mypoints Christmas DOUBLE Points Promotion?

I thought I'd come to my DIS friends and ask if anyone here has received the double points from the Mypoints Christmas promotion. I believe it started right after Thanksgiving, and it ended December 31st. You were suppose to receive double points from certain merchants. There was an ornament next to the merchant if they part of the promotion. I believe the purchases had to be $500 or more.

Anyways, I really tried to take advantage of this promotion, but I have not received the double points. I did receive the base points. I wrote to inquire a few weeks ago, and they said I had to wait the 8 weeks. Well, now it is over 8 weeks, and still no points. I wrote again, but on my account summary it does not show these transactions anymore. It only goes out 3 months. I probably don't have my e-mail confirmations either anymore.

Has anyone here received their double points from Christmas? Any suggestions if I don't get these points?

I got mine, it was small i didnt spend as much online this year... anyways whats up with mypoints lately they keep messing up accounts or deleteing them????

I got mine sometime in January IIRC. I actually got it twice, essentially, since I surpassed the spending on multiple stores.

If you have the receipts, email MP customer service. They are very good about taking care of point crediting issues. I usually have a response within a day or so, and as far as I recall I've never not been credited for something that was due to me. Good luck!

They did the same thing to me last year during their January double points. I guess it was to get the after xmas lull to make purchases. Anyway, I finally gave up but I was missing over 1000 pts. This year I saved every email from them when I bought thru the link and then saved the confirmation email from the purchase but I didn't have any problems this time. They did tell me last year that I had certain sites blocked and therefore the cookies weren't being registered at their end.
