when the only thing that got on our nerves was the 40 second rule? "Users can only post messages every 40 seconds." ?

Now we get "The server is too busy at the moment" to deal with!

I know there was another thread about this before, but does anyone know the sudden cause of getting this message so frequently? Is there anything we could do as users to help keep the server....unbusy?

I may have to save the DIS for very very early in the morning- it is the only time I can get through! It is driving me nuts-
