Remember my DH lost uniforms?

from his united flight back on the 31 of May? Well we
STILL can't get any answers . United says its TSA, TSA says they will investagate and it will take SIX MONTHS!!! My husband leaves Tuesday and we won't see him again until he takes leave next spring or October 2005!!! United can't seem to understand that its not a missing bag but missing items, they send us to lost and found who when they realize it's not missing from the passenger side of the plane tell us to file a baggage claim (which we have done but no one has called us back and when we call the claim number just keep getting a message that no one is available and to try the call again later) I am just spoke to TSA and they are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with!!! We are out hundreds of dollars. And if I speak to "simon" at united (who is a computer) one more time I'm going to scream!!!! I think I will just go to the airport again today (an hour away) and just stand there and scream untill they figure this out!!!!!!!!!

Call your local TV station and speak with their 'consumer advocate' reporter. From what I remember of your original story, I'll bet the station could make a great 'human interest' piece out of the airlines and TSA's failure to respond to such an obivous problem (not to mention the uncaring attitude towards his additional expenses) on the part of one of our soldiers heading off to protect this country. A little media exposure of their failure to assist a serviceman in need might elicit a response !!!
