Religious Observance in the College Program

Would anyone happen to know if there were any Sabbath Observers in the College Program? If so, how easy was it, for Disney to accommodate them?

When you sign up for the College Program, one of the things they specifically ask you and make sure you acknowledge before accepting is that you have full availability...including working nights/weekends/holidays etc...CPs are at the bottom of the totem pole as far as getting days off is concerned. It depends a lot on your role and work location the difficulty in getting days off approved. I was in housekeeping and never had a problem getting any days off approved that I requested (I requested maybe 10-15 days off total during my CP and they all got approved), but I've heard it can be harder for some people. I recall someone on these boards saying they were a character performer and their requests for days off always got denied.
