I don't think I could read it with an open mind.
It's hard to believe in the son of God if you don't believe in God himself in the first place.
If I see it at Chapters when I go in on Thursday, I will read some of it if they have it.

Good. At least read a chapter. They take like... 5 minutes.
Look through the index and find a chapter that relates to your doubts.
It may change your mind.

And FYI, as a LaVeyan Satanist, I don't worship Satan, I don't sacrifice small animals or stalk young children. I also don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or lead a promiscuous lifestyle as per my religion. I indulge in what I like and I don't tolerate idiots.

And of course you wouldn't worship satin. I mean really, who worships a type of fabric?

If I ever come across it I might give it a chance. Religion really is interesting to read and stuff, it's just hard for me to trust a lot of it. But if I ever see it yeah I'll give it a go.

Although, I highly doubt it'll change my mind. but eh, I guess you never know until you try...

Funny story about that.
My bestfriend teaches at a dance camp for 3/4/5 year olds. She asked a little 4 year old when she was turning 5 and she said "I don't know, but I think in July" and my bestfriend asked if she was having a party and stuff and she went on and on about cake and presents and the little girl had no idea about any of it. The next day the girl goes up to my bestfriend with mean eyes and says "Mommy says I don't celebrate birthdays because it makes Jehovah (spelling?) mad!" So I have NO idea why they don't celebrate, but that's so sad She didn't know anything?!

I just feel like it'd be worse to pretend than to just say you didn't believe it. But that's just me.
I honestly don't see how not believing could be so bad that you'd "go to hell and suffer forever"
I feel like if there was a God that he'd forgive you for not believing in something you've never seen..
Now I COULD see murderers and people like that going there if there was a hell...
