Can anyone recommend airport transportation to/from Disney that has reliable car seats for infants and toddlers? Last 2 times we used the same service and we did not get the car seats requested at booking and were needed for infant and toddler. Car seats were the incorrect ones and/or defective and/or not able to be installed properly.

We booked with Happy Limo, but we're bringing a mifold for the 5.5 year old and requested a car seat for the 20 month old. (I also have tall kids)

Tiffany towncar provided me with 2 forward facing car seats at no charge, and I brought my own infant seat. On the return trip the driver must have misunderstood and brought 3 car seats including an infant one. I felt badly and tipped him extra for the trouble. They do make you install them yourself for liability, but it was quick.

Sunny’s has been great for us! I think we’ve used him 4 or 5 times and we needed 2 car seats and 2 boosters one time.

We used Tony Hinds transportation this week and he was wonderful! (2 car seats and a grocery stop). There is a thread on this board about him

We are planning to use UBER XL or UBER Family in April. We did not like the qoutes we were getting from local transportation companies.

I wouldn't count on that as a default, depending on how many car seats you'll need.

I would test it out in the app for a few days in a row to see if there are any available for the time you are landing and how much it is. It doesn’t seem like there are very many Uber Car Seats available and the price is much higher than an Uber.

We booked with Tiffany towncar and they list the type of car seat on your reservation confirmation. We used them in January. I checked and saw it was for infant and emailed them to change it to a 5 pt restraint for toddler and it came with no issues.
We were a total of 9 and paid $195 RT + 20% tip.

Did you get specific information on the car seats or do you remember what they were? We booked with 2 car seats for april but anytime I ask about car seats he just says it’s confirmed.

I’m going to go ahead and retract my endorsement for Tiffany Towncar. They were good the last time we went, but they clearly are having issues right now. Calling or emailing is as bad as Disney as far as getting a response, and their Google reviews as of late are just as bad. They also have some oddly passive aggressive note on their website when you go to book. Not sure what’s going on there.

In fairness, I'm sure all the car services are being completely overwhelmed now that ME is gone. I've never used either service yet, but I do have an upcoming trip at the end of April and currently booked with Tiffany Towncar. I checked both Tiffany Towncar and FL Tours websites just now and it seems they both have the same type of notes on their reservation page about grocery stops not being guaranteed if the flight is delayed (which is a bummer) and luggage limitations for their vehicles (definitely understandable). FL Tours is also adding a gas surcharge of $15 roundtrip. I'll probably just keep an eye on reviews the next few weeks, and if it continues to be a trend of bad reviews for TT, I may rebook with FL Tours and hope for the best. :confused3

Oh definitely I can excuse all of that except the lack of communication. Two emails and three phone calls not returned, I refuse to force someone to take my money. If you can book through the online portal then you’re fine I guess.
