Rejected Offers Thread (Beginning April 2026)

I am toying with selling my SSR and buying CCV resale ...what you're offering is where I would want to land, too
I did get an accepted offer of 121pp, in the ROFR process now so fingers crossed. Based on DVC for less, disboard ROFR and reddit, I found it was doable and just put a bunch of offers out. I did find fidelity was not even willing to entertain anything under 130.

They were the easiest broker I worked with. Seems like we are all having different experiences with the same brokers.

That might have been the agent on that particular contract. I have found the agents on Fidelity contracts to vary significantly in how capable and responsive they are.

I bought a 200 point CCV for $120/point through Fidelity last year. I also bought a 150 point CCV for $120/point this year through a different broker.

So, CCV in the $120s can definitely be done. Not sure I’ve seen any go below $120 though, although there may be some.

That's because the experience is ultimately determined by the seller, not the broker. At the very least, it is some combination of all of the personalities involved, including whether or not the person you're talking to got a good night's sleep.

Very true. With that said, I believe that some brokers (dvcresalemarket.com) allow any of their agents to present sellers with an offer whereas other brokers (https://www.fidelityrealestate.com/) only allow the listing agent to present the offer to the sellers.

Good luck to the seller hoping to sell SSR in the high 90s.

Pretty sure I’ll have some fresh rejected offers in the near future.
According to Fidelity’s data, the average sale price of a SSR contract was $99.56 per point in March 2026. I think the seller has a good chance of selling in the high $90s.
