I'm not thrilled with Frozen Reeses. What I hate most about them is when you buy them in the store and they are already dried out. The peanut butter is grainy and the chocolate is split. They're stale!! I like it when you can still see a little of the grease from the peanut butter on the top of the cup! And then just pop that whole bit of freshness right into your mouth.

I do like them in vanilla ice cream too. I once ordered a chocolate and peanut butter shake at Johnny Rockets. It was awesome. So I was walking downtown one day to go meet Rick at his job and popped into the Johnny Rockets off Broadway. I order the shake and while I'm waiting for the guy to make it and bring it to me, I start flipping through the dessert menu on the counter. They actually list the calories for each of their desserts at this particular Johnny Rockets. That little treat I walked away with had 1,000 calories. That's half of a daily total intake.

Well...at least I drank it while I was walking.

Yes. A couple of times. I used to work in publishing so it wasn't so unusual to actually meet authors now and again. I worked for his literary agent for a while and worked for his publisher at one time too.

Cool. I think I would turn into a complete idiot if I ever met Stephen King, he is my favorite author. They have made a movie of one of my favorite short stories of his, The Mist.

Yes, I had presents for the people who came to the meet. Didn't get a chance to give them to everyone but I added a little something to Rick's for you, guess I'll just have to send you the whole thing. That's what he gets for ignoring us.

He really is a very nice guy. I hope you do get to meet him one day. You'll probably be very surprised at just how personable he is.

I would love to meet him, maybe one day. Don't know if he does books signings. I did get Mary Chapen Carpenters years ago when she wrote a children's book and had a new CD out. My sister dragged me down to it, she was getting the CD for her future DH. I looked at the book and decided to get it.

No, we heard stories about him being here there and everywhere, just not anywhere near us. I think he was askeared of us.
