There seems to be quite a large selection, which do you use, the crew or mini? I've never tried these but I've heard wonderful things about them and I'm considering getting some. They come small, medium and large, what would women's size 8 be? Thanks for any info you can give me! Going in August and I really want to protect my feet.

My personal preference are the walking socks in the crew style. I wear a size 10 womens and have thick ankles so I get the extra-large but I think that for a size 8 womens you might want only the large.
