Rehitching ceremony

I tried to book the rehitching ceremony at Garden Grille. She made my PS arrangement but said she couldn't put in the message about rehitching because there is no such thing. I told her my "friends" said that sometimes the CM's didn't know about this but that she could just put in the note and the Garden Grille people would know what she meant but she REFUSED!!! She said to mention it at the podium when we checked in and if they knew about it they would arrange it then. Now what????

Call back and try having it added to your PS. You're almost guaranteed to get a different CM. Good luck.

if possible have the CM call the garden grill and inquire. we have done it twice and have the same problem. good luck!
