Rehearsal and meet/ greet

My sister is getting married the end of October at Disney's Shades of Green. We thought it would be fun to do a quick rehearsal and then go somewhere you can do karaoke. I know you can do it at the swan and dolphin and the boardwalk, but since the new in-laws are footing the bill we wanted to find somewhere off Disney property that won't brake the bank.

Anyone have any ideas?
