Crap, I just found it, but for some reason it's not listed on the calendar or the automated message. It says it will be down on Disneyland's Indy attraction page. That sucks.

Official planned closures, these dates often shift, grow longer or are cancelled, don't be surprised by changes, recheck when your trip is near. This is what is currenly planned through the Fall.

Big Thunder Ranch closed September 10th through 13th

So the ranch is closed. Does that mean I won't be able to eat t the new BBQ buffet? I'll miss Big Thunder the ride, but I've been on it before, was really looking forward to some ribs!

The restaurant should be open. They're just putting in some Halloween decorations.

Mouse Wait has gone so far as put that Indy will be closed in Sept on their website. I can't believe they'll do that without actual confirmation from Disney's website and just go off what a CM says. Wish I knew for sure what is going on! Like it was stated before, if Disney has a major refurb planned, they should wait and schedule it on an unpublished date, so people won't be upset about changes in their plans.

The CM who reported it is a reputable CM, I've never known her to post anything that wasn't true. I think it hasn't been announced because the dates might not be firm, but several CMs on there who work in Adventureland have confirmed that it's going to happen this fall/winter.

The automated message has been updated, but still no word on Indy.

September 10 – September 13, 2012: Disney Animation courtyard will be closed refurbishment. Please note that only the Disney Animation courtyard and Sorcerer’s Workshop will be down. Turtle Talk and Animation Academy can be available to Guests by using the side doors to access those facilities.

So, Beast's Library, closed? I don't really care about Turtle Talk, but one of the highlights of my last trip, was drawing a Disney character in the Animation Studio...so THAT is open, yes?

The main area with the big screens will be closed.
Sorcerer's Workshop (Beast's Library, Ursula's lair, etc) will be closed.

Turtle Talk will be open.
Animation Academy will be open.

I'm guessing it will be the doors around the corner that they used for the DCA grand-reopening merchandise event.

I just found out from reading the calendar, I'm glad I did, I guess we will have to ride it sept. 29th or 30th, because we leave on the 3rd. We love the bobsleds.
