Rehab/Refurb difference?

I just heard that Dinosaur is closing soon for a rehab.....or was the word refurb. I sometimes hear/read the two words being indicated. Curious to know is there a difference between the two?
 
They mean the same thing - a planned closure for maintenance or upgrades.
