Registration Opening Dates Posted for 2011 DL and W&D 1/2's

I was just on the espnwwos website and saw the registration opening dates are now out there for both the Disneyland and Wine & Dine half marathons:

Disneyland: 1/3/11
Wine & Dine: 2/14/11

I know registration for the 2010 DL 1/2 opened in early September 2009. I wonder if they will be following the 2011 Princess model of early registration discounts for the 2011 events?

It sure beats the bass-ackwards way they are rewarding late registrants (which in effect punishes the people who registered early) for the January marathon.

I am already thinking going for it to get the medal since i am doing the princess next year. Does anyone remember how quickly it filled up.

The 2010 DL Half filled on 5/27. It usually doesn't fill that fast. 2010 was the 5th anniversary of the DL 1/2 and a lot of people wanted to do it as part of the C2C.

I would expect it will be back to July/Aug again in 2011.
