Registration on Disney.com site

Hi everyone,

So I am finally getting around to changing my contact info on the Disney.com site from our address in the States to our address in QC... it let me pick Canada, QC and enter a postal code.

BUT it said my city was not recognized. We live in Westmount, on the island of Montreal, but not part of the city of Montreal. I tried putting in Montreal with the postal code to see if that would work and I got the same error message after I hit update profile.

Is it like most sites where they just pretend to let you choose Canada as your residence or just a fluke and no one else has had the same issue?

So after trying and trying to update my address and continuing to have my street address, city, province, and postal code stay but my country kicked back to the US, I called tec support.

Guess it is that I originally registered in the US. The tec support person thinks she got it fixed. I just did not want to miss out on any fun mailings due to country confusion!
