I understand when you sign up for Palo reservations, but am confused about the when and where for the wine tasting class and art of entertaining. While I am here asking questions I will also ask the where and when for Tea with Wendy? Thanks so very much!

I would suggest that you go to DCL TRIBUTE to take a look at past navigators. It will give you a sense of time and day based on what cruise you take

Let's see...

Wine Tasting - Sign up at Guest Services. Last I knew there was a $12 per person charge.

Art of Entertaining - No need to sign up...they are open to whomever shows up.

Tea With Wendy - Look for "Special Pass Pick-Up Time" in your Navigator. That is when they hand out the tickets for Tea with Wendy. I believe it is either Saturday, after you board, or sometime on Sunday.

For Tea with Wendy tickets, you might want to check with Guest Services shortly after boarding. On some of our cruises, they had a specified time to get tickets. On the last one, it was sort of whoever knew about it going to guest services in advance!

The sign ups are all announced in the Navigator and usually before the shows. Also, you can always call or go to guest services for almost anything.
