Registering???

Where are you registering? We are thinking Bed Bath and Beyond, but are stuck between Macy's and Dillards...

So where are you registering?

For Macy's and Dillards...if you pick a pattern for your china, crystal and/or silverware that is sold at both stores...register at both to make it easier for your guests to shop. Some may prefer shopping at Dillards while others prefer Macy's. Then if you get too many of an item...you can always return/exchange it for something you need more of.

If your patterns aren't sold at both...register at the store where you find the pattern that you love.

We registered at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was so easy. We did the initial picking at the store but then I added things that I missed online with no hassle and I didn't have to go back to the store.

We knew our guests would not go to Macy's because its a bit pricey and we didn't need china so we just registered at BB&B.

We also only registered at Bed bath and beyond. They had everything we needed and I liked that our guests could use the 20% off coupons on every purchase. They also have a wide selection of China if you do plan to register for that and the everyday price was lower than Macy's sale price for the design that we chose.

We're just registered at Disney and we might add Amazon. We've been living together for 3 years so there isn't much we actually need (but the wants are high!)

We aren't registering because we are eloping and this is a second wedding for both of us but when I got married the first time I registered at Target and Crate & Barrel. I was really young and we needed everything so I knew my college friends would be able to afford Target and my family would appreciate having the option of Crate & Barrel.

I have to say, if you are looking for the convenience of online shopping, Amazon and Target are awesome. I have to ship all Christmas and birthday gifts to my family (we live in different states) and I love the service I have received from both Amazon and Target.

I'm not sure how nice the Macy's is down there... but here, Dillard's is way nicer--and carries better product--so it all depends on what you like better. Our Macy's is just going downhill, which is sad because I used to love it there. Unfortunately, we won't be registering at Dillard's because I'm a Dior artist there and I already get a 25% discount Maybe feel out where your guests shop more and go with that one have fun scanning!!

We kinda went a little crazy. We registered at Williams & Sonoma, Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and we have the Disney Honeymoon registry but its all different stuff at all the stores.

We registered at Crate & Barrel, Macys and Bed Bath and Beyond. Several items are the same on the Macys and Bed Bath and Beyond registries. We did this so our guests could choose where to buy from and use the coupons that always seem to come in the mail.

We registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Kohl's for my bridal shower. We received everything on our registry that we asked for at Kohl's.

My daughter's photographer has a gift registry. We're steering everybody that asks there, as the contributions will be most welcome. She doesn't really need a lot of stuff since she has been on her own for a while, though she will register for a few things.

We registered at Pottery Barn (to get the registry closing discount to buy our bed), Target and the Disney Honeymoon Registry.

We registered at Crate & Barrel, Macy's and Disney's registry. We wanted to have a good selection for our guests good for all budgets. Also I know Macy's and C&B have durable houseware stuff, I want stuff that will last awhile.
