Registering your marriage in the UK

What do you have to do when you get back from your WDW wedding?

Is there any paperwork that has to go to the local registry office?

Anything have to be done to make it recognised over here?

So long as everything is done to Florida's requirements, the marriage should be recognised everywhere.

However, not sure if it's the same in the UK, as it is here in Oz, but if I wanted to change my name, I'd have to do it through deed poll, as the marriage certificate wouldn't be enough, as it would be for couples with an Australian marriage certificate.

As far as I know you don't need to do anything when we return.

so far I have changed my name at the banks and they were fine just taking a copy of my marriage certificate.

Going to do my passport and drivers licence this week so i'll let you know if any problems crop up.
