I rec'd a Crabby package today from Jean L. Very fitting for me as with the work week I have had I feel pretty crabby myself.

My Maryland package includes a ---
* bag of Utz Crab Chips I suppose I should wait until DH is around to open them.
* can of Mick's Cream of Crab
* nice soup mug to eat my soup from
* packet of mini lemon cookies
* packet of Maryland Mix (mixed) nuts
* packet of mini sugar cookies
* package of Goetze's Caramel Creams (I LOVE these things..... )
* can of Old Bay Seasoning (I think I recall my mother having this. Looks interesting and I look forward to using it. )
* MD magnet and two pencils (w/state information)
* few pamphlets w/recipes (crab)
* jar of Blackberry jam

Glad everything arrived in one piece. All the food items in the package is made in Maryland, except the chips, but they're crab chips, so I had to include them, hopefully they weren't to broken. Love Old Bay seasoning, we add it to lots of recipes, whether it calls for it or not. Hopefully the soup is good, the sales clerk suggested this soup instead of the one I was going to pick, let me know how you like it. Cream of crab is one of my favorites.

You are welcome and enjoy this little taste of Maryland.

I just got back from the post office, so my package has been mailed.

a UNC t-shirt & bracelet
a NC State t-shirt & bracelet
Bone Suckin' Sauce
Burt's Bee lip balm
Cheerwine (which is soda)

And a nice note explaining why she sent what she sent.

Here's the funny thing--my older brother is a doctor. He did his residency at UNC Hospital. He met his wife there--she went to UNC when Michael Jordan was there! So our whole family has become UNC fans. Which means we don't like Duke! (for those of you who don't know, the Duke-UNC rivalry in college basketball is probably one of the biggest rivalries there is!) So I can never wear the Duke shirt when any of the family is around. And I've had NC BBQ--which to my mind is the finest BBQ in the world. But I've never had Cheerwine--which sounds so good. It's going in the fridge ASAP. My brother doesn't live in NC anymore. I do miss it--simply one of the prettiest places I've ever been.

Lynne: I am glad everything arrived and in one piece. I was worried about the Bone Suckin' sauce. Out of the 3 shirts I got you, I would not wear the UNC shirt, since I am a NCSU fan. Duke I could wear just because my aunt worked there for so long. When you wear the Duke shirt, just tell your family you are going to do some major house work and this is one shirt you don't mind getting dirty.

Got my box from Missy and it is a great box. I got a NY water bottle, I Love NY socks, backpack aand Bear(DD5) has already taken. A disney NY Pin, Tinkerbell keychain. MM NY Pen/pencil set, toy story pencils, A Mr. Met pencilStella D'oro breakfast treats and Nathan's Deli mustard. Ok when I saw it was you I was hoping for my favorite boardwalk food waffle ice cream sandwich but then that would not travel well now would it.


Missy, by the way I was bron in NJ and lived there until I was 8, so I have been to Nathan's I still have a brother and sister that lives up there and my Mom is buried up there. I need your help, I am looking for a restaurant near the theatre district that I went to when I was a kid about 35 years ago it was called Mama Lionias (not sure of the spelling), it was an italian restaurant that we went to after seeing the King and I and I guess they are not longer there because the last several trips I have looked for it and have not been able to find it.

Thanks for you the great package, I love NY. I would love to take my husband there but he will never go with us, he hates crowds.
