? regarding tiered level seating at HDDR

From what I've read you cannot use DDP for category/tier 1 at hoop dee doo.
If we sit in tier 2, are those seats good and worth the 2 TS credits or are we better off just paying oop?

We are gettingtier one on the dining plan as they said we couldn't sit in two or three with a wheelchair as it wasn't accessable.
