? regarding tickets

I won a one day Universal ticket from coke rewards points....can i upgrade this to a two day pass upon arrival?? thanks

It depends on what kind of a ticket it is. If is is a complimentary ticket, then you won't be able to upgrade. They will have to scan your ticket and see what the value is. Complimentary ticket usually scan as $0 value but if it isn't a comp ticket, you may be able to upgrade.
