Has anyone stayed at the Regal Sun Resort and what are your reviews???

Yes. We paid 89/night plus tax & resort fee the week before Easter. A VERY easy drive to each park. Signs to the park are VERY clear. So are signs back, just follow signs to DTD. Go back down the road its on away from Disney, & you find a shopping center with a grocery store (small fridge in room), a decent Mexican restaurant (much cheaper than Disney, we ate dinner here on AK day), and a VERY good Indian restaurant (we ate here too, not cheap but worth it). IMO cant beat the location, reasonable rates, contributed to an enjoyable Disney vacation. Very friendly people at the desk--they do send you toward one timeshare presentation, but easy to say no. We didnt think much of the snack bar, so we bought breakfast stuff at the grocery. We are rope drop people & its hard to find time for much breakfast, get to rope drop, & get enough sleep. We didnt go to the restaurant at Regal Sun. They had a character breakfast, which we thought was a) expensive and b) interfered with our rope drop plans, so we skipped it. We dont mind expensive GOOD meals, but complain about expensive mediocre ones. There are two pools, one is brand new, but we never got to them. We were too busy doing Disney.:lmao:

I would definately consider the Regal Sun again.
