Regal Palms has anyone stayed here?

Hi has anyone stayed at Regal Palms? I have been researching pool home or townhomes and so far Regal Palms is very cheap. Is there a reason why? We are conisdering Emerald Island for a 4 bedroom pool home but I recently found some 4 bedrooms at Regal Palms its a few hundred dollars cheaper than the EI homes. We will have 7 of us and are traveling with 2 high schoolers and 3 college age kids. Any info would be great.

We stayed at Regal Palms about 5 years ago. Regal Palms is further out than Emerald Isle, maybe 8-10 minutes from Emerald Isle. Normally I would not hesitate to recommend Regal Palms, but seeing that you have two high school students and 3 college students, you will definitely want the space of the Emerald Isle home. The Regal Palms townhouses are fine, but not for that many "big" people. We stayed there with my parents and my kids but my kids were 1.5, 6, 6, and 8. The pool area at Regal Palms is nice but would be kind of lame for older kids.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate it. I think we are going to book at Paradise Palms. I have a good quote on 4 bedroom with over 2000 sf and I think that should be good. Anyone stay at Paradise Palms.
