Has anyone done the Regal Eagle Candlelight Processional packages? I have a Biergarten reservation, but some of my party is hesitant to dine indoors. I'm debating cancelling and trying the Regal Eagle option but I wasn't sure how fast it sold out, how crowded it gets, etc. I don't think Spice Road is a great option for our party as we have 2 toddlers who won't eat anything on the menu. We will be at Epcot Tuesday 12/7 and are staying on-site, so we could feasibly get there before opening if necessary.

I am pretty sure that at this point, all of the CP dining packages are sold out. If you don't want to eat indoors, your only other option is to cancel and just wait in line. But I can tell you that we ate at Biergarten in October and the tables are pretty spread out and everyone that gets up to go to the buffet has to wear their mask.

Spice Road Table and Regal Eagle are offering day-of, walk-up Candlelight Dining Packages. You cannot reserve them in advance. Both Regal Eagle and Spice Road have outdoor seating options.

We are debating the same thing. Would love to hear any experiences with the walk up and whether they are still available at a reasonable time. If you decide to do this next week, please report back. We will be there the 14th.

I did the Spice Road Table one on 12/2. When I checked in at 4:30, there was a sign up that said they stil had availability for two of the shows. I think if you go to either of the QS when they open or soon after, your chances of getting the package are pretty good.

We did the Regal Eagle processional package on Thursday, Dec 2. We arrived a little before noon and they had all three times still available. According to the CM, they had about 30-40 tickets left at that point for each show. Ticket/meal was $40/person.

I was just curious if you opt for the lunch package, do you automatically get the 5:15pm show? I am trying to see if we are better off getting the first show so then we have time for more rides before staking out a spot for Harmonius...

It obviously could change this year, but last year you picked whatever time you wanted (assuming tickets were available). We went to the last show of the evening, as we had park hopped to AK and wanted to leave as much time as possible to get back.

And am I correct thinking that if we head to Regal Eagle, we would be purchasing our meal at that time and the ticket? We wouldn't be getting a return time for dinner?

Correct. We had lunch at Regal Eagle around noon, got our ticket for the last Processional time of the evening, wrapped up a few things at Epcot, then went to AK for the afternoon. We returned to Epcot in time to get a reasonable seat at the last show.

And how early do you think we would need to be in line with the pkg? Assuming the narrator isn't NPH lol

Lots of thoughts on that in other threads -- we were on a Thursday night with Jodi Benson as the narrator, so it wasn't crazy. I think we were there about 30 min ahead of the start time. But that timing can vary wildly depending on where you want to be seated (i.e. if you want front/center, you'd be better be way earlier) and who's narrating. We weren't super concerned with our exact seating location and since we knew we'd have a seat with the package ticket, we didn't push to get there.
