Does anyone have any knowledge/opinions about the rehab dates and how accurate they tend to be?

According to wdwinfo the lazy river at storm a long bay will be closed until 2/2- 3/3

Sometimes they finish early, sometimes they finish a little later or do a phased re-opening.
