Refurbs, hours in April?

I am wondering what is usually down in April, We don't have a date set but want to take advantage of the lower Park hopper prices this spring.
Also what are the hours, and would The electrical parade be running?

i think it's way to early to say right now...but someone else might have more info. DL's site only has park hours out to november of this year...and the refurb schedule seems to change (e.g., POTC was on the refurb list for october and now it's no longer on the list). you know DL, everything is subject to change without notice!

Is there a typical hours for April? I mean I assume they aren't open the full hours every night yet?..

When we were there last April DL was open 8-12, I believe, and DCA was opn 10-10.
