Refurbishment schedule

Does anyone know where I can find a refurbishment schedule for the DVC resorts? I thought I read that AKL was going to have a big refurbishment in 2022/2023 because of the 7 year refurbishment plan or something but I can't find it.

Is Poly getting a refurbishment anytime soon? I've heard the rooms are getting pretty grungy.

Poly is getting a soft goods refurb in 2022

• 2020 – Aulani (Minor Refresh)
• 2020 – Boulder Ridge (Full Refurb)
• 2021 – Grand Floridian ( Minor Refresh)
• 2022 – Hilton Head (Full Refurb)
• 2022 – Polynesian ( Minor Refresh)
• 2022 – Beach Club ( Minor Refresh)

AKV had a soft goods refurbishment in 2016, so it should receive a hard goods (full) refurbishment in 2023.

Given that membership dues pay for refurbishment, do we know if Disney is still going ahead with BRV refurb this year?

It is on hold right now. The money will still get used for the refurb.
