Refurbished Rooms in CBR

I am looking at booking CBR at the end of March 2016 and have a few questions

1. Do all rooms now have queen beds or only the refurbished/updated rooms?

2. If you reserve a room for 5, are you guaranteed an updated room or do the older rooms sleep 5 as well?

3. If you get a preferred room how likely are you to get a view of the lake or pools? Do most of the rooms have this view? Could you end up with parking lot view?

All resort rooms have been updated/refurbished. You will get a newly refurbished room. You could end up with a view of the parking lot, but you are never really in your room enough to stare outside and are close to the pools.

As Kevin stated, the refurb has been completed.

If you have a preferred room booked you can request a water view room. It is not guaranteed however. It could also be a garden view, overlook a courtyard, or face a parking lot. But since mods don't have balconys, the view is really of little importance.

I believe the Pirate rooms still have double beds. But all others should have queens now.

But the OP can't book a Pirate room, since they are a family of 5. And there are no Preferred Pirate rooms.

Right.

But in case someone opened the thread for info on "refurbished rooms at CBR" since the thread title doesn't say "for 5 people" they can see that information.
