Rebooked onboard my recent cruise for a sailing in Nov 2017. I came into some money before I left and would like to pay off this cruise in full now. My question is if I decide to cancel before the 90 day PIF date will I still be able to get a full refund. I'm booked in a regular inside cabin. Not looking to debate the merits of paying off the cruise over a year in advance. Just looking for anyone's possible experience with this issue.

As long as you cancel before the PIF date you will get everything back as long as it isn't one of the few cases were the deposit isn't returned (concierge mostly).

Yes, as long as PIF date has not passed you would get a full refund if you cancel.
