Hello! Has anyone had any success in getting a refund from tours and tickets purchased in advance from SeaWorld? We had purchased tours and tickets back in January for March but then the park closed down. We called in Mid-March and was able to get through, and they said the refund was already automatically being processed since the tour was for a specific date. As of today, still no refund has appeared on our credit card. We have been trying everyday this week to get through on the phone for a further update on the refund, but the hold time is over 4 hours, the line just cuts off after a while, and when we instead go the route of putting in the phone number for a call back, we get no call back at all.
