Booked room on the 23rd
Cancelled it on the 24th
Payment showed processing for 4 days
This morning it showed as completed
Called Disney, They said it was refunded the 26th.
Called my bank, They stated it was not refunded and that it is a completed payment.
Then they stated if it "was" released it would take 3-5 business days. But then repeated that it was a completed payment and said I need to call Disney. But what's the point if they're just going to repeat that it was released?
Do I just wait a few more days or is there somewhere else to call? Anyone have this issue?
