Refund Confusion

Booked room on the 23rd
Cancelled it on the 24th

Payment showed processing for 4 days
This morning it showed as completed

Called Disney, They said it was refunded the 26th.
Called my bank, They stated it was not refunded and that it is a completed payment.

Then they stated if it "was" released it would take 3-5 business days. But then repeated that it was a completed payment and said I need to call Disney. But what's the point if they're just going to repeat that it was released?


Do I just wait a few more days or is there somewhere else to call? Anyone have this issue?

You are not giving it enough time. There are several steps before you will see it and it may take 1-2 weeks. Disney refunded on the 26th and it takes about 3 business days for bank systems to transfer the funds. My bank transactions always warn about that. Then the recieving bank has to process it which can take additional time. Everyone is giving you accurate information given that the refund hasn't been fully processed. It will show up in the fullness of time.
