refrigerator in moderate resorts?

Has anyone else heard that disney are putting refrigerators in the moderate resorts so you don't have to pay $10 to have one put there. I got this info when I called to get a fridge put in our room at Port Orleans..but the lady told me this and suggested I wait until closer to leaving to see if they put them in POFQ so I won't have to pay. Anyone know anything about this???
