Refreshing a web page... why is this happening?

When I refresh a page it always takes me to the bottom of the page...

It takes me to the part of the page I was originally at, so if you refresh at the bottom that's where you end back up.

Try Ctrl-F5 for a complete refresh, you should be at the top then

This is great for eBay auctions, you don't lose precious time scrolling to down to the price or to the eBay clock.
